Applications

Once application is printed and filled out, you can scan it and email it to reginabodine@outlook.com or mail to address on application.  You may also choose to mail in your payment.  You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of application.  If you could attach or scan your confirmation payment through PayPal, it would be greatly appreciated. There is a $5.00 processing for Entry Fee and also one for the Steak Competition.  That fee has already been added to the prices in the PAY HERE section.
